Stage 02
Advertising does not fix a broken site.
A fast site, a clear path to an enquiry, accurate measurement and protection. This is the stage most agencies skip, because it is not what they do.
THE FOUNDATION
If the site loads slowly, if the form asks for eight fields, or if nobody measures what happens after the click, the ad budget pours into a leaking bucket. You can fill it faster. It is cheaper to seal it.
This is the difference between us and an agency that only advertises. The same people who will later run the campaigns first fix the site, put the measurement in place and close the security gaps. Nobody passes the blame to an outside developer when something stops working.
The stage ends when we can answer three questions with numbers: how fast the site opens, how many steps it takes to make an enquiry, and whether the data can be trusted.
The honest questions
Our site is new. Is this not an unnecessary cost?
New does not mean ready. Most new sites look good and measure badly. If the review shows the foundation is sound, this stage drops out and we move on. We say so honestly instead of inventing work.
Can we run ads in parallel without waiting?
You can, and sometimes it is the right call if you have a season that will not wait. But then we do it with open eyes: the first weeks buy learning rather than results, and you will know that in advance rather than from the report.
We have our own developer. Can they not do it?
They can, as long as they know exactly what to do and why. So we will hand the list to your developer instead, if you prefer. What matters is that it gets done, not who does it.
