Before we propose anything, we understand the business and check the starting point. It is free and it commits you to nothing.
CONVERSATION AND AUDIT
Most proposals in this business are written before anyone has looked at the site. We do the opposite. First we meet and ask about the boring things: where your customers come from today, which deals are actually profitable, what you have tried that did not work, who answers the enquiries and how quickly.
Alongside that we look at what you already have. How fast the site loads, whether the form can be reached from a phone, whether anything is measured at all and whether it is measured correctly. That review usually explains last year better than any presentation.
You come out of the conversation with two things: an understanding of what is actually holding you back, and a proposal written for your case. Not a package, not a price list.
The honest questions
Is this not just a sales call?
Partly, of course. But we ask about things a salesperson does not ask: margins, repeat orders, who answers the phone. If the conversation shows you do not need an agency, we will say so. That costs us less than a project that will not work.
Why do you need access to our data this early?
Because without it everything that follows is guesswork. Read access is enough, not ownership. We give you a list of exactly what we want to see and why, and you can revoke it with one click at any time.
How long does it take?
The meeting takes about an hour. The review takes a few days, because some of the data only accumulates over time. The proposal follows within a week of the meeting.
