What data we collect

The pages of this site are static and set no tracking cookies. We process data only when you send it to us yourself: through the enquiry form, by email or by phone, and only in order to answer your enquiry.

The enquiry form

The form collects a name, an email address, optionally a phone number and company, and the text of your message. The details are sent to an email address of ours and are not stored in any database on the site. We process them on the basis of the consent you give with the checkbox in the form, and keep them only for as long as the conversation about your enquiry lasts.

The submission is handled by a Cloudflare Pages function, and the message itself is delivered by an external email provider acting as a processor on our behalf. We pass your details to nobody else and do not use them for advertising.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection. Write to the address above. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection.
