Content and social media

Content that connects & converts

Content with a clear purpose and a living community around it. We build an audience that follows you, then turn it into customers.

More than posting

Social media is full of content. Meaningful, meaningless, and increasingly written by a machine. It all pours into the same feed, and the person at the other end scrolls fast. Posting regularly is not enough to be noticed.

So everything we make is aimed at a particular audience at a particular point in its decision. We make visuals that stop the scroll and words that lead to an action. We keep the conversation going in the comments, because that is where trust is earned. And we measure all of it, so you know what works. The goal is not more followers. It is more customers.

Why this works

  • Content with a purpose

Every post has a job. We match it to what the audience cares about and to what the business needs.

  • Community building

Real conversation, a steady presence and an answer to every question. That is how followers become people who recommend you.

  • Ideas checked against numbers

Data guides the ideas, not the other way round. We try, measure and fix until something starts producing a result.

  • One piece, many channels

A good piece travels further when it also goes out by email and has advertising behind it.

Common questions

How do you develop a content strategy?

We start with your audience, your business goals and what the competition is doing. Then we build a content plan ordered by the stages a customer goes through. Every item in it has one of three jobs: to make you recognisable, to show you know your trade, or to bring an order.

Which social media platforms should I use?

Where your customers are, not everywhere. For selling to businesses, usually LinkedIn. For a younger audience and brands that live on visuals, Instagram and TikTok. For broad reach in Bulgaria, Facebook. Two networks kept properly are worth more than five abandoned after a month.

How often should content be posted?

It depends on the network and on the habits of the audience. As a guide: three to five times a week on Instagram, daily on TikTok, two to three times a week on LinkedIn. More important than the count is the regularity. A steady rhythm beats bursts followed by silence.

How do you measure content success?

We watch how many people react, how the audience grows, how many visits come through to the site and, above all, how many enquiries come from it. The monthly report shows which posts did the work and which did not. Likes are pleasant but they do not pay the bills, so we measure revenue too.
